Infertility Treatment

Infertility, defined as the inability to get pregnant despite regular sexual intercourse, can occur due to many factors. Infertility can be diagnosed as a result of examinations and tests. For the diagnosis, both the woman and the man must pass certain checks.

Ultrasound, smear, uterine film, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy methods are used in the examination of women with infertility problems. For men, sperm analysis is recommended. The most suitable period for the examination of women is the 2nd and 3rd day of the menstrual cycle. By evaluating the uterus and ovaries, an infertility treatment program can be determined.

Ultrasound

The causes of infertility can be observed by performing vaginal and abdominal (abdominal) ultrasonography.

Uterine Film (HSG)

While investigating the cause of infertility, HSG examination is important in terms of evaluating the inside of the uterus. HSG and laparoscopy are performed as complementary tests.

Laparoscopy

Laparoscopic examination is one of the most important methods for the diagnosis of interfiltrate. Abdominal internal organs and intrauterine laparoscopy are examined by laparoscopy to try to remove the obstruction and adhesions detected in the ovarian canals.

Hysteroscopy

The hysteroscopy method, which is applied by entering the uterus through the vaginal route, is preferred for the detection of abnormalities. In the procedure performed with the help of a thin fiberoptic telescope, the abnormalities seen in the uterus can be eliminated in the same session.

Sperm Analysis

Analyzing a man's sperm structure is an important step in diagnosing infertility. Another method used to understand the cause of infertility is sperm analysis.
