IVF Treatment

In vitro fertilization is one of the most common methods used by couples who cannot have children naturally. In vitro fertilization, which is a method of assisted reproduction; low sperm quality, infertility of unknown origin, obstruction in the tubes, obesity, age-related.

In the treatment, the female egg cell and the male sperm are fertilized outside the body. Fertilization is done in carefully prepared laboratory conditions. The fertilized egg is placed in the uterus and the embryo is expected to attach to the uterus wall successfully. When the embryo attaches to the uterine wall, the pregnancy process begins. After this stage, there is no difference from naturally occurring pregnancy. 
 

The stages of IVF treatment are listed as follows:
 

  • ovulation induction,

  • collecting eggs,

  • Receiving sperm

  • fertilization,

  • Embryo transfer.
